Meet Our Leaders

Pastor Dr. Gregory Davis

Senior Pastor and visionary for our youth ministry

Sisters Alison White and Sharon Bullock

Co-Youth Ministry Directors

  • Leading the charge with unwavering passion and heartfelt care, Sisters Alison and Sharon are devoted to nurturing the hearts and souls of today’s youth—both spiritually and practically.

  • As dedicated educators in the Cumberland County Schools System, they witness daily the struggles, silent cries, and pressing needs of young people. Their hearts are moved with compassion and a deep sense of responsibility to respond. They know firsthand that today’s youth are facing battles that require not only strong guidance but also a safe place where faith, love, and empowerment meet.

  • With a burden for this generation, they are committed to building a youth ministry that pours into young people, equipping them to thrive in today’s society—grounded in faith, strengthened in character, and prepared to walk boldly in their purpose.

  • Our Youth Ambassadors are dedicated young leaders who represent the heart of our ministry. They serve as positive examples among their peers, helping to create a bridge between youth and the church. With a spirit of service, faith, and commitment, they strive to inspire others and strengthen the growth of our youth ministry. Our SMBC Youth Ambassadors are: William Cofield-Mack, Martavion Cofield-Mack and Symphony Bostic Grant.
